Premisa: frente a los problemas de desconocimiento del nuevo agrarista en relación con los argumentos fundamentales de la Misión de la disciplina es necesario impulsar una “Teoría pura del Derecho agrario” contemporáneo. 2. El Derecho agrario es cultura, es y se está haciendo. Es un Derecho que produce Derecho y sobre este aún más Derecho, en razón de las exigencias de la Sociedad contemporánea. 3. En una “Teoría pura del Derecho agrario” se impone dominar su historia: su origen, formación y desarrollo. Diferentes acepciones de lo agrario. Diferencia entre Derecho agrario como sistema jurídico y como Ciencia. 4. Obligación metodológica de conocer el debate histórico sobre autonomía y especialidad, entre las Escuelas Clásicas de la disciplina, de Giangastone Bolla y Ageo Arcangeli. 5. Exigencia metodológica de identificar la Escuela Moderna del Derecho agrario de Antonio Carrozza, como etapa superior de las escuelas clásicas, y sus aportes metodológicos y científicos: desde los institutos, la agrariedad, el objeto y el método. 6. La Escuela Moderna del Derecho agrario logra superar una serie de problemas, como el de la autonomía y la especialidad, a través de la respuesta metodológica del estudio por institutos y la superación de los principios generales. 7. La noción del ciclo biológico o de la agrariedad como símbolo de la teoría general del Derecho agrario. 8. El problema del objeto y el método como inicio a una labor científica. 9. El Derecho agrario AAA (de la agricultura, la alimentación y el ambiente), como etapa intermedia o de tránsito, plagada de errores y equivocaciones jurídicas especialmente con la intromisión de los conceptos de lo agroambiental y agroalimentario. Búsqueda del contenido verdadero. 10. El surgimiento del Derecho agrario contemporáneo, como etapa de síntesis y proyección de las Escuelas agraristas. Diferencias de fondo y similitudes de forma y objetivos con la “Teoría pura del Derecho” de Hans Kelsen. El Tridimensionalismo epistemológico: del tratamiento del objeto, el método, las fuentes y la interpretación como fundamentos para una “Teoría pura del Derecho agrario”. El tema del contenido. La interpretación jurídica como parte de la “Teoría pura del Derecho agrario”.
